Uber Chic Beauty – Culture Rich plate

***PR Sample***

Hi guys! I’m back again with another review for you, this time for the new Uber Chic Culture Rich staming plate. I absolutely LOVE Uber Chic plates, so when one tags along with my Rainbow Connection order then I’m like a kid at Christmas! The images are always crisp and transfer beautifully, the image sizes are great (although my nails are super long at the moment so I’m having to file them down as no images fit properly!) and each plate has a great selection of images too.

img_1068Although the Culture Rich plate is mostly made up of standard nail-sized images rather than individual, smaller images, the larger ones can easily be split up (using a trusty lint roller or piece of tape) and used to make a mix and match mani (which I’ve done on my last mani). Also, although some of the images are very intricate it doesn’t overpower the base polish.

Enough waffling from me, lets have a look at some manis… Please forgive the change of nail shape half way through, I’m mixing it up this month! πŸ˜€

I went a bit (possibly too much) more colourful with this mani! Over a base of Esmaltes da Kelly ‘Stormtrooper’ I used a mix of all of the images and (Esmaltes da Kelly) ‘Kylo Ren’, ‘Rey’, ‘Darth Vader’, ‘Boba Fett’, ‘BB-8’ and ‘Luke Skywalker’. Topped with Superchic Marvel top coat.

I really like this plate! Although the images have been inspired by different cultures it is definitely not a plate that you would only be able to use for specific purposes (like their Christmas or Easter plates), you could easily incorporate these images into ANY mani. There are a lot of beautful images to choose from and being able to easily mix and match the images only increases the amount of stamping options available.

Many thanks to Annette of Rainbow Connection for sending me the plate. All of the named polishes were purchased from/are available from www.rainbow-connection.co.uk

Are you a fan of stamping? What do you think of this plate? Let me know in the coments below!

Thanks so much for reading, ’til next time… x x
