Hi lovelies! Well, it’s getting nearer and nearer to Christmas and I am loving all of the Christmas nail polish collections popping up! Today I have this beautiful offering from ‘Ard As Nails.
The collection is five super-holo polishes which will be available as a set in a beautiful holographic gift box or individually as mini polishes in gift baubles.
First up we have “First Frost”, a beautiful mid-blue. A little tricky to photograph as the holo shines so much it makes it look a tiny bit darker than in person, it’s the colour of the lighter blue where the light catches it rather than the darker blue to the sides.

The next polish of the collection is “Berry Merry Christmas” and it is just that, a gorgeous deep, berry-coloured purple. I love the pinks that shine through from the holo!

The next polish is “Coming Home Fir Christmas”, a deep forest green (I LOVE green!). What is Christmas without a gorgeous green polish?!

I also love a good yellow/chartreuse polish! “Follow the Star-treuse” was the first to catch my eye, when the light catches it it has a lovely, slight green hue. Gorgeous!

Last but by no means least we have “Chestnuts Roasting..”. This is a chocolatey-chestnutty bottle of holo goodness! A very appropriate polish for the winter.

I have absolutely LOVED playing around with these polishes, the holo is exceptional and the lighter shades should come with sunglasses!
The formula is absolutely perfect, I only needed one coat of each. I really don’t like one coat polishes for the simple fact that it seems so alien to me to paint one coat and then no more, however, these polishes were so smooth and easy to work with that I didn’t struggle too much with my nail OCD, ha ha!
