OPI All Stars pt. 2…

Hey guys, let’s launch straight into part 2. These 5 were by no means my least favourite colours of the pack. I was shocked by how much I liked a few of them, so I guess you can never judge a colour without a swatch!

On my thumb I have “Do You Have This Color In Stock-holm?” It’s a blue-toned, violet creme. It was a little streaky on application but that could be down to the minis having much smaller brushes or maybe even the fact that the small bottles have no ball bearings, so I couldn’t give this a good mix before applying. Three coats did the job but I think it would work in two using a brush from the larger 15ml bottles. It’s a beautiful colour though, deep yet vivid.

Index finger now, “Big Apple Red”. It’s a bright, pillar box red which has the wow factor. I do love a true red and this is amazing. 2 coats of pure sexyness. I really want to stamp over the top of this but that’s a job for another day…

My middle finger is host to another polish I was surprisingly taken with, “Princesses Rule!” As a self-proclaimed princess, we do rule, as does this polish! I don’t normally like anything with a VNL but this is just so pink and sparkly, I definitely need to try this over a pink base to see the full potential…

On my ring finger I have “Tickle My France-y”. I’m not a fan of nudes but this is a wonderful surprise. Again, I think I would want to stamp over the top of this one but it would still make the perfect choice for a work or interview situation.

Lastly, we have “Bubble Bath”. I have swatched this before and it’s not one for me. After 3 coats I’m still not overly happy with the finish. It’s the perfect polish for a French manicure but I’ve never really been a fan of the FM on me personally, I prefer my polishes loud and holo to pale and interesting!

Well then, overall I would rate the All Stars box a hit. I like eight out of the ten polishes, one is nice and the other is a bit of a miss, but all ten are beautiful colours nonetheless.
