I received my very first ever holo polishes the other day and I have to admit, I was a little disappointed. My sis treated me so I picked out a holo top coat and a greeny-blue looking holo polish, both from Freckles Polish. I had fallen in love with the green-blue and couldn’t wait to try a holo for the first time! When I put it on it covered nicely in two coats and the holo finish was nice, a little more subtle than that of the picture but still nice and sparkly.

The polish on the shop pic looked much more greeny-blue but I guess that is the risk you take when buying online, you can’t see it with your own eyes so the colour might be quite different when shown on a monitor. A bit undecided whether to keep it or swap/sell it….. 😦
