Now I’m sure I have mentioned before that I love nail polish but what I didn’t mention was that I’m not a polish snob, I won’t just stick to high end, overpriced brands. I like what I like whether it costs a couple of pounds or ££££.
I’m quite excited as I ordered some Freckles Polishes, as well as my first MoYou London stamping plate, but seeing as you can never have enough polishes I went to see what my local pound store had to offer.
Now I have found quite a few bargains in pound stores, such as OPI Shatters and Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicures. Failing the choice of some nice name brands I will poke through the bargain basement polishes and today I picked up two Pretty polishes, one is a concrete effect and the other is a scatter effect. (Plus a little yummy Nivea lip butter! 🙂 )
Rubbish pic (must work on that) but this is the concrete effect. It’s a bit finer than the Sally Hansen Sugar Coat effect (also a pound shop haul!) and it has fine glitter particles. Not very concrete-y but I like it 🙂
This is it with a bit of Orly stamping with my gorgeous, new, first ever MoYou London plate but more about that later 🙂
